Standard Delivery

Orders are processed the next business day not including holidays pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders are shipped via standard delivery and should arrive within 8 business days. Exceptions include "custom" and "made to order" items per request. Items will be shipped in a logo gift box including care instructions.

For orders $1000 and under:

$10 UPS Ground,

$8 for First Class Mail Insured (2-9 day service)

$20 UPS 2-Day,

$10 for Priority Mail Insured (2-3 day service)

$30 UPS Overnight:
orders must be submitted by 12pm Central Time.
If placed on Thursday after 12pm Central Time, order will arrive on Monday, if placed on Friday after 11am Central Time, order will arrive on Tuesday.

Custom Design is available

If you would like something custom, please email with as much information as possible to begin the process. A deposit is required to begin work. Note: custom orders are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be exchanged for merchandise credit only within 7 days of receipt. All sale merchandise and custom orders are final sale. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept worn or damaged merchandise. When shipping back items, please pack them carefully and insure with a trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Repairs and maintenance are free of charge for the first six months less shipping and handling. To replace any specific stone or component, we can do so upon availability. Note: semiprecious and precious stones vary with size, shape and color. We will make our best substitute when necessary. After six months we will charge a repair fee - cost to be determined based on repair.
